This small country, one of the most ancient in Europe, is located between France and Spain, in the Pyrenes. Obviously, since our origins were born in this small Principality, we thought we should pay them the due homage, since our first steps were given in the beautiful mountains that comprise the Valleys of Andorra. Despite its small size, its commercial financial and services activities are significant due to the hectic economic activity of the country.
Andorra has signed Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEA) with 21 countries and has recently signed a Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with France, which could enter into force in 2016, opening the door to the ratification of new DTAs. The local government has understood as an approval of their new legislative and tax measures. The introduction of a new direct taxation scheme in Andorra and the opening to foreign capitals, makes Andorra an interesting and attractive jurisdiction
