On September 5, France and Luxembourg signed the fourth amendment of the 1958’s Double Taxation Agreement between the two countries that established rules regarding mutual administrative assistance in income and equity taxes matters.
The amendment establishes sanctions to properties indirectly owned by an individual or company located in the other estate, hence ending no-tax situations.
